中国共产党在百年奋斗历程中，围绕不同历史时期的中心任务，形成了一脉相承又与时俱进的政绩观发展脉络。新民主主义革命时期以民族独立和人民解放为政绩追求，社会主义革命和建设时期以国家奠基立业、巩固政权为政绩导向，改革开放和社会主义现代化建设新时期以经济发展和民生改善为政绩重点，中国特色社会主义新时代则以高质量发展和为民造福为根本政绩。百年实践表明，树立正确政绩观必须坚守人民立场、坚持实事求是、强化实干担当、勇于自我革命。立足新时代新征程，应从党史中汲取智慧，以科学考核评价体系为牵引，以党性教育为支撑，以作风建设为保障，引导广大干部树立和践行正确政绩观，为推进强国建设、民族复兴伟业提供坚强保证。

In the course of its one-hundred-year struggle,the Communist Party of China has centered on the central tasks of different historical periods and formed a development line of achievements concept that is consistent and keeps pace with the Times. During the New Democratic Revolution period,the pursuit of political achievements was national independence and people's liberation. During the socialist revolution and construction period,the orientation of political achievements was to lay the foundation for the country and consolidate the political power. In the new era of reform and opening up,economic development and improvement of people's livelihood were the key focuses of political achievements. In the new era of socialism with Chinese characteristics,high-quality development and benefiting the people are the fundamental political achievements. A century of practice has shown that to establish a correct view of political achievements,it is necessary to adhere to the people's position,uphold seeking truth from facts,strengthen practical work and responsibility,and have the courage to carry out self-revolution. Based on the new era and new journey,it is essential to draw wisdom from the history of the Party,take the scientific evaluation system as the guide,the Party spirit education as the support,and the style construction as the guarantee,guide the cadres to establish and practice the correct view of achievements,and provide a strong guarantee for promoting the construction of a strong country and the great cause of national rejuvenation.
