知识域耦合如何影响团队创新绩效?——基于SEM与fsQCA的双重分析

为探究知识域耦合对团队创新绩效的作用机制,选取团队心理资本与知识场活性作为中介,冗余资源作为调节,基于411位高新技术行业的员工样本,运用结构方程模型和模糊集定性比较分析两种方法检验理论模型。研究结果发现:(1)知识域耦合及其分解变量(互补性知识耦合和迭代性知识耦合)对团队创新绩效有显著的正向影响;(2)团队心理资本和知识场活性在其中发挥了链式中介作用;(3)冗余资源在影响路径中存在正向调节作用。采用模糊集定性比较分析法(fsQCA)对团队创新绩效的构型分析,得出提高团队创新绩效的5条路径,并总结为三种前因组态模式,即“外部主体互动模式”“团队成员互动模式”和“资源禀赋提升模式”。

Abstract:

To explore the mechanism of knowledge domain coupling on team innovation performance,Selecting team psychological capital and knowledge field activity as intermediary and redundant resources as moderators,based on a sample of 411 employees in the high-tech industry,the theoretical model was tested by using two methods:structural equation model and fuzzy set qualitative comparative analysis. The research results showed that:(1) The coupling of knowledge domains and their decomposed variables(complementary knowledge coupling and iterative knowledge coupling) had a significant positive impact on the team's innovation performance;(2) Team psychological capital and knowledge field activity played a chain-like mediating role in this process;(3) Redundant resources had a positive moderating effect in influencing the path. The fuzzy set qualitative comparative analysis method(fsQCA) was used to analyze the configuration of team innovation performance,and five paths to improve team innovation performance were obtained,which were summarized as three antecedent configuration modes,namely " external subject interaction mode", " team member interaction mode" and " resource endowment enhancement mode".
