经济政策的制定与实施是习近平经济思想的具象化表现。党的十八大以来，习近平总书记准确把握世情国情与发展大势，紧紧围绕我国经济发展这个主题，对经济形势进行了深邃思考，对社会主要矛盾、经济发展阶段、经济运行状态与发展格局作出科学研判。在此指导下，我国进行了一系列战略性经济调整与治理实践，由此逐步形成了系统完整、逻辑严密的习近平新时代经济政策体系。习近平新时代经济政策体系以“一条主线，一个基点”为统揽，以“七大政策”为支柱，定位明确、理念科学、路径清晰，推动了经济政策理论的创新发展，是对西方经济理论的超越，对马克思主义政治经济学理论具有原创性贡献。在习近平经济思想及其政策体系的科学指引下，我国经济实现全方位、开创性发展：综合国力显著增强，创新动能蓬勃迸发，经济结构持续优化，区域协调性稳步提升，市场主体活力充分释放，对外开放格局深化拓展，人民生活水平全面提高。

The formulation and implementation of economic policies are the concrete manifestations of Xi Jinping's economic thought.Since the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, General Sectary Xi Jinping has accurately grasped the global and national conditions, and the general trend of development.Focusing closely on the theme of China's economic development, he has conducted profound thinking on the economic situation and made scientific judgments on the principal contradiction in society, the stage of economic development, the state of economic operation and the development pattern.Under this guidance, China has carried out a series of strategic economic adjustment and governance practices, thus gradually forming Xi Jinping's economic policy system for the new era, which is systemically complete and logically rigorous.His new era economic policy system is guided by "one main line and one base point" and supported by "seven policies".It has a clear orientation, scientific concept and clear path, which promotes the innovation and development of economic policy theory, surpasses the western economic theory and makes original contribution to the Marxist political economy theory.Under the scientific guidance of Xi Jinping's economic thoughts and policy system, China's economy has achieved all-round and pioneering development.Specifically speaking, the comprehensive national strength has been significantly enhanced, the momentum of innovation has been vigorously unleashed, the economic structure has been continuously optimized, regional coordination has steadily improved, the vitality of market entities has been fully released, the pattern of opening up to the outside world has been deepened and expanded, and the living standards of the people have been comprehensively raised.
