本文旨在探究我国油气产业韧性与经济高质量发展的耦合协调关系,并找出影响两者耦合协调的驱动因素。通过构建油气产业韧性与经济高质量发展评价指标体系,运用熵值法及耦合协调度模型进行两系统的水平测度和耦合协调度测算;采用Dagum基尼系数、Kernel核密度估计、趋势面分析和标准差椭圆法分析其时空演变特征;运用地理探测器模型探究影响我国油气产业韧性与经济高质量发展耦合协调度的主要驱动因素。结果表明:2014—2023年我国油气产业韧性与经济高质量发展水平呈上升趋势,耦合协调度显著提高,但协调水平总体处于较低区间且区域差异显著,东中西地区间未出现两极或多极分化现象,空间分布呈现“东强西弱,北高南低”的格局,全国整体、东部及中部地区均呈东北-西南分布,西部地区呈西北-东南分布;R&D人员全时当量、油气行业上市公司研发投入金额、专利授权数为核心驱动因素。
Abstract:This paper aims to explore the coupling coordination relationship between the resilience of China's oil and gas industry and high-quality economic development,and identify the driving factors affecting the coupling and coordination of the two. Through the construction of an evaluation index system for the resilience of the oil and gas industry and high-quality economic development,the entropy method and coupling coordination degree model were used to measure the level of the two systems and calculate the coupling coordination degree. The Dagum Gini coefficient,Kernel density estimation,trend surface analysis and standard deviation ellipse method were employed to analyze their spatio-temporal evolution characteristics. And the geographical detector model was applied to explore the main driving factors affecting the coupling coordination degree between the resilience of China's oil and gas industry and high-quality economic development. The results show that from 2014 to 2023,the level of China's oil and gas industry resilience and high-quality economic development presented an upward trend,and the coupling coordination degree increased significantly,but the overall coordination level was in a low range with significant regional differences. There was no phenomenon of polarization or multi-polarization among the eastern,central and western regions,and the spatial distribution showed a pattern of " strong in the east and weak in the west,high in the north and low in the south". The national,eastern and central regions all showed a northeast-southwest distribution,while the western region showed a northwest-southeast distribution. The full-time equivalent of R&D personnel,the R&D investment amount of listed companies in the oil and gas industry,and the number of patent authorizations were the core driving factors.
